It is recommended to all participants - who have recently undergone a medical examination and in particular those over 35 years of age in cardiac control.

The organizers will not be required to receive medical certificates for each participant because all participants are participating under their own responsibility and minors under the responsibility of their guardians, by signing the relevant Declaration that is included in the printed or Electronic Registration Statement for each Road race of the event.

During the race, Medical and First Aid personnel will be in the start-finish area and at selected points on the route to deal with any  medical emergency and First Aid.

To enjoy the unique experience of participating in one of Running Under The Moon ™ road races and not to put yourself at risk, you should be in good physical condition and healthy on the day of the race.

As an Organizing Committee, we are happy to participate. However, we are ethically obliged to draw attention to all participants, especially those who have not prepared enough in the past for some of Running Under The Moon ™ races. Everyone needs to know that either they have a medical check up, especially cardiological or not, or there is a previous medical problem of any kind, in any case, the responsibility for participation is the sole responsibility of the athlete.

Do not run if you do not feel well, even if it is something you want a lot and you have prepared for it. Most medical incidents occur in athletes who, although they do not feel well, are normally involved because they do not want to lose that sporting event. If you feel feverish, vomiting, if you have diarrhea or chest pain, please do not take part in a race.

Do not risk your health
